We use two local varieties, Olivi\u00e8re and Arbequine, which produce VIERGE EXTRA quality oil, fruity and full of character. Our orchard is located on the last slopes of the Pyrenees, 5km from the Mediterranean Sea. We benefit from an excellent maritime influence, with cool nights from the mountains, enabling the fruit to develop an extraordinary aromatic palette. Completely replanted in 2000, this orchard comprises 6,000 trees located around Corneilla del Vercol.
