This rosé has a pale pink colour and a delicate nose of small red fruits and English candy. On the palate, this wine is well-balanced, combining fullness and a beautiful freshness that enhances its red fruit aromas. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to Asian dishes, swordfish fillets or white meats.

Harvested at night, pneumatically pressed, fermented at low temperature, aged on lees for 3 months.
