This Chardonnay has a pale gold colour and a greedy, fruity nose with notes of white fruits. On the palate, it is generous, frank and full. The whole is harmonious with a slightly buttery finish. This wine is a wonderful accompaniment to seafood risotto, shrimp curry or mature cheeses.
Harvested at night, Fermented at low temperature 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in vats, Aged on lees in vats for 3 months
