Muscat de RIVESALTES
This sweet natural wine has a pale golden colour and a nose with aromas of fresh fruit (apricots, peach) and exotic fruit (lychee). The mouth, lively and elegantly fresh, opens with floral and pear notes. This cuvée is a perfect accompaniment to foie gras, lemon meringue pie or Catalan rousquilles.
Harvested at night, pneumatic pressing, fermentation at low temperature - Mutage, ageing in vats.
