This rosé has a pale pink color and a delicate nose of red berries and English candy. On the palate, this wine is beautifully balanced, combining fullness and freshness to enhance its red fruit aromas. A perfect accompaniment to Asian dishes, swordfish fillets or white meats.
Elaboration
Harvested at night, pneumatically pressed, fermented at low temperature, aged on lees for 3 months.
