This red wine has a red colour with purple hues, with an intense and complex nose. On the palate, this full-bodied and well-structured wine has aromas of black fruits and garrigue. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to matured rib of beef or Mediterranean dishes.

Hand picked, pneumatically pressed, fermented at low temperature, vatted for 3 weeks, aged in 500L French oak barrels for 12 months
