This white wine, with its pale yellow colour, has a fresh and expressive nose of white fruits, followed by toasted and vanilla notes. On the palate, the soft and slightly woody attack reveals complex floral aromas. Marked by the ageing on lees, this wine has aromas of fresh spices and brioche bread. The mineral finish is slightly iodized. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to lobster grilled in beurre blanc, a platter of oysters or a seafood risotto.
Harvested at night, pneumatically pressed, fermented at low temperature in oak barrels, aged on lees in 500L French oak barrels for 6 months.
