This white wine has a pale yellow colour and a fragrance of white fruits and citrus. On the palate, it has a fresh and ample attack. The whole is harmonious with notes of white flesh fruits and a mineral touch. This cuvée is a wonderful accompaniment to a seafood platter, sole meunière, red mullet fillets or a platter of mature cheeses.
Harvested at night, pneumatically pressed, fermented at low temperature, aged on lees for 3 months.
