This red wine, with its garnet-red colour, has a fine, fresh nose, with notes of red and black fruits (redcurrant, blackcurrant and blackberry). With a good density, this blend has a greedy attack. Powerful and ample, the palate reveals velvety tannins accompanied by spicy notes. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to lamb chops with thyme, a truffle or a fillet of beef.
