The first Muscat de Rivesaltes of the year is bottled at the end of the harvest, and the Muscat de Noël is enjoyed from the third Thursday in November.

Les Terrasses red is a fruity, well-balanced wine with a purple color and violet highlights. On the nose, it is fruity with notes of red fruit, sweet spices and licorice. On the palate, this supple wine with silky tannins is beautifully elegant.
Elaboration
Harvested at night, traditional fermentation at low temperature, vatting for 3 weeks, aged in vats.
