This pale yellow white wine has a fragrance of white-fleshed fruit and citrus. On the palate, it has a fresh, full attack. The whole is harmonious, with notes of white-fleshed fruit and a hint of minerality. This cuvée is the perfect accompaniment to a seafood platter, soles meunières, red mullet fillets or a platter of mature cheeses.

This red wine, with its intense purple color, has a powerful nose of blackcurrant and blackberry, with hints of vanilla and smoke. Round and powerful, with notes of black fruit and a hint of spice, this wine has great aromatic intensity. A perfect accompaniment to prime rib, venison stew or tournedos Rossini.

We use two local varieties, Olivière and Arbequine, which produce VIERGE EXTRA quality oil, fruity and full of character. Our orchard is located on the last slopes of the Pyrenees, 5km from the Mediterranean Sea. We benefit from an excellent maritime influence, with cool nights from the mountains, enabling the fruit to develop an extraordinary aromatic palette. Completely replanted in 2000, this orchard comprises 6,000 trees located around Corneilla del Vercol. It is farmed organically and certified by ECOCERT.

This garnet-red wine has a nose of red fruit aromas (prune, blackcurrant and raspberry). Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, with fine tannins and intense black fruit aromas. This fresh cuvée is the perfect accompaniment to prime rib, grilled meats, free-range poultry or a platter of mature cheeses.

This pale yellow white wine has a fresh, expressive nose of white-fleshed fruit, followed by toasty, vanilla notes. On the palate, the soft, slightly woody attack reveals complex floral aromas. Marked by ageing on lees, this wine has aromas of fresh spices and brioche bread. The mineral finish is slightly iodized. A perfect accompaniment to lobster grilled in beurre blanc, an oyster platter or seafood risotto.

This red wine has an intense red color with purple highlights. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red and black fruits, with a hint of spice. On the palate, this supple, full-bodied wine with silky tannins presents a universe of black fruits and spices. A perfect accompaniment to filet mignon with Grand Veneur sauce, tournedos Rossini or a platter of mature cheeses.
