This sweet natural wine has a deep mahogany colour, and a nose with an empyreumatic universe with notes of cocoa, coffee, prune and nuts. The palate is round with aromas of candied fruit and is well balanced. This Rivesaltes is a perfect accompaniment to foie gras, tiramisu or chocolate fondant.
Harvested at night, Fermentation at low temperature, Mutage on grains - maceration 4 weeks, Aged in French oak barrels
