The first Muscat de Rivesaltes of the year is bottled at the end of the harvest, and the Muscat de Noël is enjoyed from the third Thursday in November.

This elegant, intense rosé has a pale pink color and a nose of tart red fruit aromas (strawberry, redcurrant). This festive gourmet wine has a round, full attack, with aromas of white fruit and elegant freshness. A perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine, tuna tartare, Asian dishes or a plate of mature cheeses.

Harvested at night, pneumatically pressed, fermented at low temperature, aged on lees.
