This red wine has a crimson-red color and a nose of intense, complex aromas. On the palate, this full-bodied, well-structured wine presents aromas of black fruit and garrigue. A perfect accompaniment to mature prime rib or Mediterranean cuisine.
Elaboration
Hand picked, pneumatically pressed, fermented at low temperature, vatted for 3 weeks, aged in 500L French oak barrels for 12 months.
