The first Muscat de Rivesaltes of the year is bottled at the end of the harvest, and the Muscat de Noël is enjoyed from the third Thursday in November.

“Icône is a red Côtes du Roussillon that brings together 3 grape varieties that are emblematic of the region: Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre.
The various plots used are located in the Aspres area, 12km from the Mediterranean coast, on clayey-stony and decomposed granite soils.
These vines benefit from cool nights and sunny days, enabling them to reach optimum ripeness and freshness. This wine is smooth and generous on the palate, with good body. The tannins are supple and refined, with good length.
Elaboration
Harvested by hand, cold pre-fermentation maceration, low-temperature fermentation.
Vatted for 5 weeks, aged in French oak barrels
