The first Muscat de Rivesaltes of the year is bottled at the end of the harvest, and the Muscat de Noël is enjoyed from the third Thursday in November.

This white wine is pale gold in color, with an intense, mineral nose. The palate is lively, with a long, round finish and aromas of white stone fruit. The whole is harmonious, tonic and distinguished.
Elaboration
Hand picked, pneumatically pressed, fermented at low temperature, aged in 500L French oak barrels for 6 months.
