The first Muscat de Rivesaltes of the year is bottled at the end of the harvest, and the Muscat de Noël is enjoyed from the third Thursday in November.

This red wine has an intense red color with purple highlights. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red and black fruits, with a hint of spice. On the palate, this supple, full-bodied wine with silky tannins presents a universe of black fruits and spices. A perfect accompaniment to filet mignon with Grand Veneur sauce, tournedos Rossini or a platter of mature cheeses.
Elaboration
Hand-harvested, traditional low-temperature fermentation, manual punching of the cap and 5-week vatting, aged in 500L French oak barrels for 12 months.
