This red wine has an intense red colour with purple highlights. On the nose it reveals aromas of red and black fruits, slightly spicy. On the palate, this supple and ample wine with silky tannins, presents a universe of black fruits and spices. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to a filet mignon with Grand Veneur sauce, tournedos Rossini or a platter of mature cheeses.

Colour: Red

Hand picked, traditional fermentation at low temperature, manual punching down and 5 weeks vatting, aged in 500L French oak barrels for 12 months.


Serving temperature : 16°C
Cellaring: 5 to 10 years
Food and wine pairing : Rib of beef, Tournedos Rossini, Filet mignon with Grand Veneur sauce
