The first Muscat de Rivesaltes of the year is bottled at the end of the harvest, and the Muscat de Noël is enjoyed from the third Thursday in November.

This red wine is beautifully intense with crimson highlights, with a nose of black fruit and cherry aromas, to which are added spicy and finely woody nuances.
On the palate, this is a well-balanced, fleshy, gourmet wine. The structure is silky with spicy, chocolate and licorice flavors.
