The first Muscat de Rivesaltes of the year is bottled at the end of the harvest, and the Muscat de Noël is enjoyed from the third Thursday in November.

We use two local varieties, Olivière and Arbequine, which produce VIERGE EXTRA quality oil, fruity and full of character. Our orchard is located on the last slopes of the Pyrenees, 5km from the Mediterranean Sea. We benefit from an excellent maritime influence, with cool nights from the mountains, enabling the fruit to develop an extraordinary aromatic palette. Completely replanted in 2000, this orchard comprises 6,000 trees located around Corneilla del Vercol. It is farmed organically and certified by ECOCERT.
Elaboration
The fruit is harvested in the morning to avoid excessively high temperatures. The oil is processed under temperature control to lock in the fruit’s aromas: “first cold pressing”. We use a state-of-the-art mill, which enables us to crush our harvest in optimal conditions. This ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil is very fruity, with medium intensity.
