This red wine, with its intense purple colour, has a powerful nose with aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, slightly vanilla and smoky. This round and powerful wine with notes of black fruits, slightly spicy, has a beautiful aromatic intensity. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to prime rib, venison stew or tournedos Rossini.

Elaboration

Cold pre-fermentation maceration, traditional fermentation at low temperature, vatting for 4 weeks with regular punching down, ageing in 300L French oak barrels for 9 to 12 months.

CONSERVATION

Serving temperature : 16°C Aging : 5 to 8 years Food pairing : Rib of beef, Venison stew, Tournedos Rossini.
