This red wine, with its intense purple color, has a powerful nose of blackcurrant and blackberry, with hints of vanilla and smoke. Round and powerful, with notes of black fruit and a hint of spice, this wine has great aromatic intensity. A perfect accompaniment to prime rib, venison stew or tournedos Rossini.
Elaboration
Cold prefermentation maceration, traditional low-temperature fermentation, 4-week vatting with regular punching of the cap, aged in 300L French oak barrels for 9 to 12 months.
